  • Items must be: Unworn, unused, and in original condition & Returned in the original packaging (if applicable)
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required to process a return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We do not provide return labels.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.

  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

4. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund processing time: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees (if any were paid) are non-refundable.
